Delivery policy
NB!!! Orders on this website are only for delivery in South Africa !!!NB
Subject to availability and receipt of payment reflecting in The Hushed Page bank account, requests will be processed within 3 days and dispatch of delivery confirmed by way of email. We do not accept liability for delays caused by the courier service we use or any other third party involved in the delivery of your purchased product. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure all information provided for delivery is correct and accurate. Debbie Gravett assumes no liability for incorrect information captured resulting in non-delivery of purchased products, not receiving notifications, or additional fees for redelivery.
Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Debbie Gravett is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Debbie Gravett (The Hushed Page) will refund the client in full within 30 days. No refunds, returns or cancellations allowed once the order has been submitted where there is availability.
Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via card or by bank transfer into The Hushed Page bank account, the details of which are provided on your invoice.
Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be processed via Payfast and no card details are stored by debbiegravett.co.za.
Order details
Order details will be sent via email to orders@debbiegravett.co.za for processing as well as on the invoice emailed to the email address provided by you. These details are also securely stored on the website for order processing. Card details are entered by the client on Fastpay’s secure site and are not included in these emails or stored on our site.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
